I WISH ABOVE ALL THINGS THAT YOU WILL PROSPER, AND BE IN GOOD HEALTH, AS YOUR SOUL PROSPERS

FROM JOHN 1:2
INSPIRATION TO BE CREATIVE

Rain, Rain, go away.

We really have had enough to last us weeks and weeks. It seems an age since we saw the sun in all it's glory.

What else can one do on a wet New Year's Day except consider one's life.

Today I've pondered on my future, but not too much because there's tough stuff to come.

One thing I do know, I cannot wallow in anger, fear, self pity or any other negative.

I've been slowly but steadily gaining weight. That has to stop.

New Year Resolutions always seem a bit pathetic, so easily made and so easily lost and forgotten.

New Year is just a number but it's also a fresh start.

This is more obvious in New Zealand where we are in the middle of our main holiday season. School starts in 5 or 6 weeks. January is a natural time to begin new projects and put in place plans for the next 12 months.

This Blog is no longer going to have weight loss as it's main focus. I want to live a well rounded life and keep this as more of a journal.

In the place where I focus on weight loss, physical activity and health I wrote If I can put it, (diet and exercise), in the same category as cleaning my teeth I will be very happy and satisfied.

I am sure you can make 2012 a better year girl.
I wish you luck, and me too.
That last photo is amazing.
